Spirit of Anzac

THE ANNUAL PREMIER'S SPIRIT OF ANZAC PRIZE IS NOW OPEN

An exciting opportunity for year 9 to 12 students!

The Premier’s Spirit of Anzac Prize offers Victorian students the opportunity to research and explore Australia’s significant war and peacekeeping history. Open to years 9 to 12, this year’s competition asks students to reflect on how Victorians united during a time of grief to crowd-fund and build the Shrine of Remembrance and other community war memorials. Students will need to respond to the topic by applying in their desired format. Accepted formats include but are not limited to essay, artwork, video, audio, music, webpage, or poem. 12 students will be selected to go on a fully funded study tour to an international war heritage destination. Applications close Monday, 29 April 2024. To learn more about the prize or to submit an application, visit the Premier’s Spirit of Anzac Prize website.
