Northern NSW School Futsal Regional Championships
On Tuesday May 21 and Wednesday May 22, Francis Greenway High School sent seven teams to represent the school at the Northen NSW School Futsal Championships. All students played extremely well. Two teams progressed to the Semi Finals, where the U19's boys team won and progressed to the next level, STATE! A huge congratulations and good luck in the next competition.
Under 15's Rugby League
On Tuesday May 21, the Francis Greenway U15's rugby league team participated in the Country Cup at Lakeside Sporting Complex, Raymond Terrace. In the first game the team played against Maitland Grossman High School, where the team won 50-0. In the second game the team played against St Joseph's College, Lochinvar, and unfortunately lost 22-4. All boys that participated are to be commended on their effort throughout the entire day.
Under 18's Rugby League
On Wednesday May 29, the Francis Greenway U18's rugby league team participated in the University Shield at Lakeside Sporting Complex, Raymond Terrace. All boys that participated are to be proud of the effort they made throughout the day.
