This can occur if the order is attempted to be placed but the user closes a browser too quickly after clicking “Pay”. Money may have have been deducted from your account, however, the order was not made as it did not have time to process into the CDFpay system.
We always encourage a parent to check there is a successful confirmation of the order - that is on screen and a receipt sent to your email. If this has not occurred, the order would not have been placed.
Opening Your Statement To View Past Purchases
- Open the menu by clicking the three lines on the top left of the screen.
2. Click 'CDFpay - Your Account'
3. Click 'View Statements'
4. Enter the appropriate dates and click 'View Statement'
