Let’s Get Ready for School 2024

We have arrived at that time of the year again where we look to commence preparations for the following school year!

To help you prepare, we have compiled a Let's Get Ready for School 2024 Information Booklet. A copy of the booklet, along with Parent Portal access information, was emailed on Monday 9 November, to all parents who have children studying at Oxley in 2024. A copy is also available below for your convenience.

This booklet will assist you to prepare items prior to the commencement of school and contains information for the first day of school. If you require a printed copy of the booklet, you may collect one from the Administration Office.

As mentioned in the booklet, all document resources and links to suppliers are available in the Parent Portal. However, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Administration Office on 9727 9900.

Lost Property

An assortment of unnamed items will be on display in the corridor outside Student Reception in the Administration Building until the last day of Term 4, Thursday 7 December. Parents are encouraged to come and check for any lost items.

We also have a variety of valuable items, including keys, jewellery, spectacles, small digital devices and myki cards. If you have lost an item over the last few years, we may have it! Please come to Student Reception, with a detailed description of the item, so we can reunite you with it.

A reminder, to ensure lost items are returned to your child, please name all pieces of uniform and other personal items.

We have limited vacancies for next year and would encourage you to submit your Enrolment Application Form as soon as possible if you wish your child to be considered for a place.

2025

We are now accepting enrolments for 2025 and beyond (particularly Prep and Year 7) and look forward to hearing from you if you wish to enrol your child(ren).

Notice to Withdraw

Parents are reminded of their obligation to give the College one full term’s notice, in writing to the Principal, if their children are not continuing at Oxley Christian College. The lack of one term’s notice will result in the payment of one term’s Tuition Fees.

It is also a legal requirement for you to inform us of the school to which your child’s enrolment is transferring.

Non Resident Visa Holders and New Australian Citizens

For school reporting requirements, please inform the Registrar (clewis@oxley.vic.edu.au) if there have been any changes to you or your child’s residency Visa for Australia. For example:

2.         you or your child have been granted a new Visa; or

3.         your current Visas have expired and you are now on Bridging Visas.

The College will require evidence of the change in Visa status for the student and at least one parent, e.g. Australian Citizenship Certificate, Australian Passport, or a copy of your new Visa(s).
