Unit 2 VCE Music 

Lunchtime Concerts

Over two lunchtimes on 23 and 24 October, the Unit 2 VCE Music Performance students performed for an appreciative audience of peers, parents, and staff. 

Variety was a feature of the concerts including classical and contemporary piano – Vanda Amin Moayyed (11.13), Xin Ran Huang (10.3) and Ezra Rickard (11.13); alto-saxophone – Chloe Skipworth (11.14), and violin – Atlanta Schaeche (11.13). 

Composers ranged from Bach to Bartok, styles ranged from Baroque to Jazz. The works performed were challenging on both a technical and musical level, and the students are commended on successfully meeting these challenges in front of a live audience.
