School Leaders Report
On the 11th day of the 11th month of the 11th hour we took a minute of silence to commemorate those who helped and fought in the war. Our school and vice captains and some of our Kismet community went to the memorial to pay our respects to the sacrifices they made for our country. We also laid a wreath to show respect.
Our year sixes and our year fours have both recently had their camp. Our grade sixes had a wonderful time at the summit, did lots of bucket list activities and it was a wonderful memory for our grade sixes to take with them to high school. Our grade fours also had an amazing time as they went to a place called Camp Wilkin and had lots of fun as well.
On the 3rd of November some of our Kismet students participated in rugby tag and tackle which included our girls and boys teams. We performed very well especially with our girls tag team. On the 14th of November we also participated in rugby again after we were invited to play again with other schools and everyone who participated should be very proud of their efforts.
We would also like to congratulate our students for doing very well with their learning. There have been and are still lots of tests going on and our students have been trying very hard and should be proud of themselves. Keep up the good work!
