CAPITAL WORKS:

Meeting Room 1 -Sound Proofing

On Monday 18th November, contractors will begin soundproofing meeting room 1. The work may take  week with a couplie of extra days when the This room will be used for counselling by the Social worker and any other visiting professional's.

There will be contractors coming in and out of the Meeting room. Please minimise the traffic though reception next week e.g. encourage pick ups and drop-offs from Primary gate in Admin carpark.

Maintenance Items.

Please log all maintenance on the maintenance log as soon as possible after something has happened. Can you also give Jacob or Frances  a bit of information about how the property was broken. This will be helpful so we develop the most robust solution to fixing the item.

Gym

The gym is still out of bounds until the broken light fitting is replaced - hopefully tis week.

Lockers for Phones

Each pair of classrooms were allocated a "phone " locker so the student phones and other devices e.g. tech watches can be locked away during the school day. Please advise if you can't locate your allocated locker.  It is disappointing seeing mobile phone in non curriculum use in class time.
