Please note this season there will only be finals for the top 4 teams of each division. If you are not in the top 4 on the ladder in your division, next week will be your last game.

Season 1 2025

Please keep watching our Facebook page for the opening of registrations for Season 1 2025. As like last year, we will be limited to teams so please ensure you get your registrations in early.

Training Bag Returns

Just a reminder note and new equipment process.

Please return all equipment and bags after the last game on Wednesday, November 20th. Amanda de Serville (wearing an MJBC shirt) will be at the KDBA café from 4:30 PM to 9:00pm to receive bags and check equipment….and hopefully not eating too many hot chips!

 

If you cannot deliver them on that night, please ensure all bags are returned to the school before the last day of term, which is December 4.

 

If you wish to retain your equipment for the following year, please let me know and inform me if any equipment is missing. If the bag is not returned, an invoice will be sent to the team manager on December 5.

Committee Members Needed

We are seeking people to join the committee, positions available:

  • Secretary
  • Communications
  • Treasurer 

Our club depends on volunteers to help it run smoothly if you are interested in helping out however you can please contact us.

 

Reminder: The AGM meeting is on the 28/11/2024 @ 6:00 pm (In the old D and T building).

Would you like to represent Mazenod Junior Basketball on an Interstate Level and become a division 1, 2025 Season Player?

If so, come and try out on Tuesday, 19 November at 3.30 pm in the College Gym. The tryouts should finish around 5.30 pm.

 

To be able to try out and be selected you must be:

  1. A current MJBC Registered player
  2. Intending to be a registered MJBC Player for 2025

We are looking for a team from each group level U14’s, U16’s U18’s and U20’s.

Mouthguards

Mouthguards are optional, but we highly recommend that they are used during the games and also during training.

Communications

Please note that if you have any issues, please communicate the issue with MJBC and please do not go directly to KDBA (Kalamunda District Basketball Association). You should only communicate with Tyson Lumbaca from KDBA tyson.lumbaca@sunsbasketball.com.au if you have to forfeit a game (cc’ registrar1.mjbc@gmail.com).
