Casual Clothes Day - Friday - Gold Coin Donation

This Friday we are holding a Gold Coin Casual Clothes day for the Vinnies Christmas Appeal. The St. Vincent de Paul Society, also known as Vinnies, here in Australia, supports families experiencing hardship and homelessness. The demand for assistance increases greatly over Christmas, with the usual pressures multiplied during work closures for the holidays, and the cost of gifts and food during the Christmas season. Every family deserves to celebrate this time with joy. Vinnies support families in various ways, including providing gifts, supermarket and fuel vouchers, and companionship and support.

Students are invited to wear casual clothes with a splash of Christmas on Friday the 13th and bring along a gold coin donation for the appeal.

Mass of Thanksgiving - End of School Year

You are invited to join us for our end-of-year Thanksgiving Mass. This is a time for us as a community to reflect on the year that has been and give praise and thanks to God for the blessings we have received this year.

Our Mass of Thanksgiving will be on Wednesday the 18th of December at 9:15 am in the St. Therese's Church.

Due to the growing number of students in our school community, it has been decided that the pews in the church will be reserved for the students. Seating will be provided in the foyer of the Church for family and friends of our school community. Once all students are seated, any remaining seats in the church may be filled by community members. We appreciate your understanding.

Hope, Peace, Joy and Love - Advent

Each week in Advent has a particular theme to focus our attention, prayer and preparation. As we approach the middle of the Advent Season, let us consider how the knowledge of the coming of God's Son, Jesus, brings hope, peace, joy and love into our lives. Let us also consider where we can bring the gifts of the hope, peace, joy and love we received from Christ to others this Christmas.
