ENROLLING INTO OSHC
If you are looking at enrolling into OSHC this year you will need to enrol online as we have moved to an online enrolling system. Our parent portal enables families to see bookings, invoices and add or change existing details and to communicate with us.
Please use the link provided to start the enrolment process.
Please note that you are unable to make changes to your bookings such as changing days, adding casual bookings and cancelling days (casually/permanently). You are also unable to make payments though the parent portal as well.

CURRENT OSHC FEES
Before School Care : Permanent Booking: $21.50 Casual Booking: $24.50
After School Care : Permanent Booking: $30 Casual Booking: $35
Vacation Care : In-House Days: $78 Incursion Days: $88 Excursion Days: $104
BOOKINGS REMINDERS
Here are some reminders in regards to making and cancelling bookings, they are:
Two-week’s notice is required if you are going to permanently cancel your bookings.
Permanent cancelations cancel all bookings not just a single or few days.
Fees still apply if your child/children doesn’t attend their regular or casual bookings.
If you are making a casual booking you need to do this by 2:30pm on the day required.
Mobile and Phone messages will be responded to at 2:30pm each day.
Casual bookings may be limited due to educator numbers. If you know you need a casual booking try to make it in advance to ensure a place. Fees will still be charged if your situation changes and you no longer need the booking.

Please notify us if your child is not attending OSHC via text or call. Our number is: 0409 007 104. We don’t receive notification from the school if your child is not present or has gone home early. This is to ensure all children are safe and educators are not taken from the program looking for missing children who have not attended school.
