WELLBEING WEDNESDAY

Wednesday 26 February

At lunchtime, students and staff had the wonderful opportunity to enjoy delicious protein balls in exchange for a positive written message.

 

Thank you to everyone who wrote a note for Wellbeing Wednesdays, positive thinking questions - 'What are you GRATEFUL for today?' and 'What makes you SMILE?'

 

Along with "A beautiful sunny day", "Donuts (food in general)" and "Zach Merrett - AFL Player", the following are the top 4 things that Lilydale High Student are grateful for / make them happy.

 

1 - Friends (overwhelming response)

2 - Family

3 - Sport (everything from Basketball to Dirt Bike Riding)

4 - Pets and Animals

 

Thank you to our Year 8 volunteers who helped make over 150 Protein Balls.

Lunchtime Activity

We had a wellbeing continuum to reflect on our mental health, along with fun and nutritious spiral apples and crunchy popcorn, fostering relaxation and camaraderie among students and staff.
