Father’s Day breakfast and stall: CJC’s Father and special person stall and breakfast are next week! The stall will be on Thursday 3rd September, this is a chance for the children to purchase something for their special person. Each class will be given time at the stall throughout the day. 

 

The stall is cash only, so please ensure that your child has small notes/coins to aid with correct change.

We still need volunteers to help on the day. If you would like to volunteer at the stall, please go to volunteersignup.org/DA3RF

The Father and special person breakfast is on Friday 4th September. The breakfast will be held before school in the SLC from 8am. Tickets for the event can be purchased here - https://compasstix.com/e/rv069oop8v . Tickets sales close at COB on Wednesday 2nd September, no tickets will be sold at the door.

Friday Treats: Delicious Friday treats continue this term. Please see below for when it is your classes turn to volunteer. Volunteering is easy and takes about 30minutes of your time from 3.15pm, please let your class convenor know if you are available on your classes’ day.

General News

CDS Donations: Did you know that you can donate your recycled bottles and cans money to CJC? Use the code C2000009955 to donate. All proceeds go to the STEM program. 

 

Child Safety: A reminder that all parents/carer’s who wish to volunteer at CJC must have a Working With Children Check – it is free for volunteers and you can apply online here: https://service.vic.gov.au/services/working-with-children

 

Second Hand uniform Shop: CJC’s second-hand uniform shop opens twice per term. This is a great place to pick up CJC uniforms and school bags. If you have CJC uniforms that your child\ren have grown out of and are in good condition (no holes, stains and an intact emblem), please consider donating them to the uniform shop. The donation box is at the bottom of the eastern stairs in the front building.
