You recall key ideas really well and have been so determined to finish your written responses to each chapter we read. Well done Peter!
Middle L	Grace	Resilient	Grace has shown resilience in both our reading and maths lessons this term. Grace, I have seen a huge improvement in your work ethic and your determination to finish your work to a high standard. You ask questions in order to improve your learning and understanding and you are producing some amazing work. Keep it up!

Senior L	Vincent Dang	Resilient Learner	For you fantasic team spirit and determination during the Senior HoopTime competition. You tried your very best through the entire day and showed excellent team work when passing the ball and taking some excellent shots! I am very proud of the way you never gave up and gave it your all! Well done, Vincent!!
Visual Arts	Daniel Dang	Creative Learner	For his extraordinary Modigliani inspired portrait. He really thought out the features of the examples shown and created a very successful piece. He used clever shading, created a Modigliani mask-like expression and managed the demands of the materials used. So impressive Daniel.
PE	Junior G	Collaborative Learners	Collaborating with each other respectfully during our session focussing on hand eye co ordination, which involved throwing and catching. You allowed each other to apply the skills we talked about and practiced and worked strategically as a team to achieve your goals.
STEM	Junior A	Determined Learners	displaying a wonderful, proactive approach to their learning. They have been focused and alway asking for clarification and the capacity to persevere and remain on task. Well done Junior A, keep up the fantastic work

Junior A	Arya C	Curious	For your determination and curiosity during our learning on Fractions. Arya you approach your learning enthusiastically and always ask questions to extend your learning. You have worked so well throughout our unit on fractions and have taken it upon yourself to challenge your understanding by working on an independent investigation. Well done Arya!

Liam, you are always the first person on the carpet, sitting quietly and showing everyone that you are ready to learn. You complete your end of day jobs and then ask what else you can do to help. Senior L	Ned Sharp	Creative	For your fantastic work and creativity during our 3D shape investigation. Your dog, with doghouse and tree turned out amazing along with the 3D printed bone! You used fantastic growth mindset skills when some nets were tricky to make, but continued to give it your best go and the results were amazing! Way to go, Ned!!
Visual Arts	Middle J & L	Creative	For their highly successful Cezanne inspired Still Life pieces. They were all focussed with the instructions and excelled in both composition and colour blending. I was so impressed with the final results, as are all the visitors walking through our school. Keep creating beautiful things Middles!
PE	Amelie Harding	Collaborative Learner	Collaborating with others throughout our two Physical Education lessons this week. Amelie participated fully, showed wonderful teamwork and exemplary sportsmanship ( she listened to and played bythe rules). Well done Amelie, your attitude and effort were noticed and appreciated by everyone.
STEM	Klara Nakic	Determined	Showing great determination and perseverance when attempting to complete our latest engineering and design challenge. You displayed a real growth mindset and resilience by not ‘giving up’ when faced with setbacks and problems.
