Diocesan Athletics Tamworth

Congratulations to the 13 students that represented Sacred Heart last Friday in Tamworth for the Diocesan Athletics Carnival. Well done to all students that came away with a personal best (PB) during an event. Our PP5 Relay Team consisting of William, Lexie, Molly and Evie came home with a second position and cemented a place in the Armidale Diocesan Athletics Team to compete in Sydney 13th October at Homebush. Well done Sacred Heart and thanks to Mr Gough for transporting the school tent to Tamworth and putting it up for us all.

2023 Gunnedah Primary School Touch Gala Day

Our Gunnedah Primary Gala Day is quickly approaching. On Tuesday 29th August we'll represent Sacred Heart Boggabri in a Junior Team (Year 3/4) and Senior Team (Year 5/6).

These teams are mixed and we thank Mr and Mrs Gough for training these teams during some of our second half lunch breaks.  Training days will be advised shortly.  Children can bring in joggers if this is more comfortable.

A reminder that parents will need to transport their child/ren to Gunnedah for the Gala Day. If you intend taking a child other than your own you must complete a 'Transporting Students in Staff 

A Compass Event will be created this week for parents to give permission for their child to attend.  This will also have more details of the day.
