Honouring our Past

Pop into the foyer and check out the new Honour Boards. After much contemplation, it was decided that we would honour our past and our heritage by installing these fabulous glass boards that show the original Brigidine Convent, past St Brigid's College and more recently, the previous Ss Michael and John's Primary School.

A huge thank you to Jason and the team at Bevan Art for working with us to create this wonderful tribute those who saw the need and responded to God's calling.

School Review

Next Tuesday and Wednesday, the School Review Panel will be at SMJ. School reviews occur every five years and are a wonderful opportunity for the school to celebrate all that has been achieved in the past five years and to determine the direction for the next five years.

The review panel meet with groups from across the school, including students and parents. If you would like the opportunity to be part of our school review, the parent group are meeting with the panel on Tuesday afternoon. Please contact Jane in the office to register your interest.

Overflowing

Our lost property bin is overflowing at the moment. There are a collection of coats and rugby jumpers, all looking for their home. Please come in a check for any items that may belong to your child.

Toys at School

Please note that children are not permitted to bring toys from home. Staff can spend significant amounts of time looking for lost toys or consoling children whose toy has been broken.
