2026 Parent Ball - Preliminary Information
Please be advised that general sales for the 2026 Parent Ball will open at 9.00am on Friday, 27 February.
Who may attend
Current TC parents/guardians, from all Year Levels (4-12).
Ticket types
Tickets will be sold directly through the TC Online Store. There will be two ticket types available for purchase:
'Table of 10': (charged at $1,850 per table); one table per transaction
'Single Seat': (charged at $185 per person)
There will be limited tickets available of both ticket types.
Advice for 'Table of 10' sales
Liaise with your friends in advance, and nominate who will be the 'Table Coordinator' - this is the person who should purchase the table through the Online Store. They will be the primary contact person in advance of the event, and will be responsible for supplying all table guest data.
Advice for 'Single Seat' sales
If you have friends that are also selecting this ticket type and you would like to sit with them, you will have the opportunity to nominate to sit together. More information to come.
What happens when a ticket is purchased?
The buyer will make payment only through the Online Store; no event-specific guest data is required at that stage (for 'Table of 10' buyers, this individual will then be considered the 'Table Coordinator').
Once a transaction is confirmed, the College will then communicate directly with the Table Coordinators (for 'Table of 10' tickets) and 'Single Seat' buyers regarding the provision of event-specific guest data (e.g. full names, dietary information, son/s year level/s, etc).
Further information will be made available to parents in the coming weeks.
