Congratulations to our June Aussie of the Month

Lenny Miran

Aussie of the Month is awarded to a student each month that demonstrates the qualities of fairness, mateship, respect and inclusion.   

Lenny consistently demonstrates the school values of being a respectful, responsible learner. He loves to learn, and his dedicated and focus approach allows him to challenge himself. Lenny takes great pride in his work and will always show his personal best. He has been a great peer teacher in our classroom, offering support and guidance to others when he sees an opportunity to help. He shows wisdom and knowledge beyond his years, and as his confidence grows, Lenny shares this with his classmates. 

Lenny is a dependable and loyal friend, and always shows great kindness to all who he interacts with. He is a quiet observer but will always speak up and show leadership skills when needed. He displays a mature social intelligence, understanding of what others are feeling, always acting as a great model for his friends. Lenny brightens up each and every day at GRPS.

At GRPS we believe it is important to acknowledge students that are actively contributing to our community in a positive way and are consistently demonstrating our school values of respect, responsibility and a learner.

My parents because they are so helpful.

What do you want to be when you grow up?

Gaming designer and NBA player.

What is your favourite subject to learn about?

PE.

If someone is ever mean on purpose to you, what is your quick comeback?

“Whatever”.

What would you do in playground if you saw someone upset?

Go get a yard duty teacher to help.
