Microforest School

Early this term our grade 4 joined the Mircoforest school project to plant and create a new community garden.

Here are some fun facts about the planting activity and what we were able to achieve with the help of our local students.

4 Schools Participated in the school plantings:

192 Students attended the plantings between 12th September and 19th September

1030 native and indigenous plants were installed throughout the Microforest.

8000 wildflower seeds were distributed throughout the Microforest.
