This Term, Che Atkinson will be working with students on Wednesday afternoons. Tahlia will also join these sessions with the students after lunch on Wednesdays. 

Che will be working with the indigenous Gr 3/4 boys Week 1 and 2.Followed by the indigenous Grade 1/2 students in Week 3 and 4. They will be decorating a boomerang. 

To finish off the term, the indigenous Preps will be decorating a pot and growing seeds.

We look forward to some of the students sharing their work at Assembly during the term.

Acknowledgement of Country               

At St Mary’s Primary School Mooroopna we Acknowledge the Traditional people of this land. The Yorta Yorta Nation are the Traditional Custodians of this area and we remember their elders, past, present and future. We remember that the Aboriginal people of Australia will always be the  traditional owners of the land on which we gather today. We continue to grow through education and reconciliation to a better future for all Australians.
