Principals Report

Dear Chasers,

I am thrilled to share that our next School Council project will involve the planting of indigenous trees along our Bernly Blvd fence line. This initiative is a wonderful opportunity for our families to contribute to the beautification of our school grounds while also supporting the environment. Families can purchase individual trees or family packs of trees and shrubs, with all purchases including garden stakes and tree guards. Once you’ve made your purchase at the office, you can head down to the designated area and plant your trees together. We will provide more details, including planting dates and times, in the coming weeks. This will be a fantastic community event, and I look forward to seeing many of you there.

I would also like to remind everyone about our upcoming Curriculum Day this Monday. The focus for this day will be on mathematics, with our teachers collaborating with Rob Proffitt-White to ensure that the new Maths curriculum is thoroughly integrated into our planning. A key emphasis will be on providing multiple opportunities for all students to engage deeply with the mathematical proficiencies of problem solving, reasoning, understanding, and fluency. This is an exciting step forward in our commitment to delivering high-quality education to all our students.

Thank you for your ongoing support.
