Student feedback matters!

Recently Committee4Greater Shepparton and Wodonga TAFE paid a visit to our year 11 and 12 VET Community Services class with the aim of gaining insights and feedback from students on how much they know about the Transport, Logistic and Warehousing industry.

Traditionally such industries have been male dominated, however we know that times are changing and that industries are diversifying and immerging to allow females opportunities to pursue meaningful career pathways that they may not know a great deal about.

In partnership with Wodonga TAFE and Commitee4Greater Shepparton, students were able to provide their open and honest feedback on what they knew of the Transport, Logistics and Warehousing industries as well as providing insights into how students of their age consume media to become aware of opportunities to study and career pathways as well as suggestions for how they best learn.

GSSC always welcome opportunities to work with our Industry partners and community to ensure we are offering local pathways that provide our youth the opportunities to thrive whilst studying at school and in the years post schooling.

It was also fun for Committee for Greater Shepparton and Wodonga TAFE to visit us during book week, with the costumes a bright talking point
