RETURN OF ALL BORROWED SF SPORTS TOPS

We still have a number of borrowed Winter Sport jerseys / soccer jerseys &/or HoopTime singlets to be returned.  If we can please ask all Year 3-6 families to have a good search at home & ensure their child has handed it back to their class teachers by tomorrow please.  Thank you!

HUGE DAY FOR ALL @ JUNIOR HOOPTIME

HoopTime seems to never disappoint with the students always having a HUGE day of basketball games at the first round-robin!  This week on Tuesday proved just that, with some very exciting, nail-biting finishes and hard-fought games.  Our All Star Girls tried their best over the day, however found themselves up against many schools with very experienced and strong players. Despite it being a tough-going day, all girls gave it their best and should be very proud of their efforts.  It was a different story for our All Star Boys, who had a brilliant day of winning their round-robin games.  Beyond this, Coach Chris O’Brien saw a group of boys that came together so well as a team, and did themselves proud - resulting in a place in the grand final; and… a 30 - 6 GF win!

Our two Future Star teams also had a super day of games, with our FS Force team coming away as Runners-up, after the most exciting ‘double-overtime, golden point winning goal by Liam L’ in the last second of the game!

A massive thank you goes to all of the supporting parents that came along to help over the day with coaching, scoring and supporting the teams.  We really appreciate your efforts.  A big thanks also goes to Mr Anderson and Mr Mills for their amazing team support as well.

GOOD LUCK ATHLETICS TEAM!
