ACADEMIC COMPETITION NEWS!!

A celebration always makes us feel good. So, when we celebrate learning, we make our students feel motivated and good about themselves as learners. Throughout the month of August a total of 28 students have participated in The Australian Mathematics Competition and The University of NSW ICAS Academic Competitions. 

We have been eagerly awaiting the results and throughout 4th term these results will be published in the newsletter. Credit and Distinction certificates handed out at school assemblies (Merit, Proficiency and Participation awards will be sent home in envelopes).

If your child will be receiving one of these awards their names will be shown in the newsletter prior to the assembly in case you are able to come. Congratulations to all students for their efforts and I encourage more students to consider the challenge in 2024.

Next week on Friday the 13 th of October I will be presenting awards to the following students who received an award in one of the following competitions, parents are invited to attend!
