YEAR 12 BIG DAY OUT

Year 12 Big Day Out

On the first day of Term 2, the Year 12s were welcomed back with a fun day out, away from the stress of school and studying. In the morning, they attended the Academy in Mildura where they participated in mindfulness activities and a study skills session to help them learn how to manage the demanding nature of their final year of school. 

After lunch, they participated in a variety of team building activities ran by Tom from Wildside. There was lots of leadership and collaboration on display as students had to work together to get through a range of activities and puzzles. Students all showed aspects of our school values at different times throughout the day. 

A special thank you to Sandra from the Victorian Academy of Teaching and Leadership and Tom from Wildside.  Without them, the day would not have been able to go ahead and be such a success.
