Year 6 Leaders' Report

Each week, our Year 6 students will develop their journalistic skills by writing a report for our newsletter. This will share what they have been learning as a part of their Year 6 leadership sessions. This week it is the turn of Khang Nhi (5/6L) and Dylan (5/6G).

 Market Day Preparation!

The deadline for Market day is so close (Friday 24th May!) If anyone is able to make donations, we are looking for:

  • Chocolate bars
  • Cordial
  • Honey
  • Hairspray
  • Hair ties
  • Any halloween decor
  • Ice-cream cones.

Please drop off items into the boxes in the School Office by the 20th May, so we can make it on time.

Here’s a quote from Leo in 5/6G on how things are going in Leadership sessions;

”It has been pretty good, it has been tricky for my group, the haunted house. We have lots of good ideas but we're trying to execute them. Which will be tricky because almost half of our group will be away.”

Buddies

Last week, the year fives were planning for buddies. I wonder how they’re doing this week!

Here's a quote from Maddox in 5/6A;

“This week the buddies were very excited. We got to plan activities for this term. It was also very interesting seeing what other people thought and getting to know the buddies more”.
