P&F News

A big thank you for all the feedback received regarding our contribution to the Annual Giving Appeal. We have taken your suggestions into account and are pleased to report that the P&F Executive has passed a resolution to commit $10,000 towards the project commencement target.

Last Thursday, we were privileged to have Claire Eaton speak to families to share her knowledge on the challenges faced by children as they transition from preteens to the teenage years. It was a very informative talk. It was also nice to catch up with many of you at the Sundowner we hosted before Claire’s presentation.

A big thank you to Chef Nick and his team for providing the delicious finger foods.

On Friday last week, in my capacity as P&F President, I was invited to the office of Rebecca Stephens, MLA for Albany, for a Sundowner to celebrate P&C Day in Albany.  It was a good opportunity to catch up with people from other schools performing at the P&F/P&C function.  It was great to listen to how other schools interact with their families and a chance to swap ideas.  Thank you to Rebecca and her team for the invitation.

As always, I welcome Dads to attend the upcoming monthly DIGS meeting at the Premier Hotel as per the details below.
