It was great to gather and learn how to harvest New Zealand Flax and practice safe knife skills. We also gave our flax plants a much-needed trim!As we split and wove the flax into wreaths, we discussed the importance of directing our attention to what we want to focus on. As the saying goes, "Where attention goes, energy flows."
