VOCABULARY

Measurement 

- Using Units to Measure our world. 

Informal Unit of measurement 

- A non-standard form of measurement. Such as hand spans, paper clips, cubes, counters, dominoes etc. 

ACTIVITIES YOU CAN DO AT HOME TO SUPPORT YOUR CHILD'S LEARNING

Students measure the length of different objects at home using informal units like Lego, paper clips, pencil.
