Performing Arts Camp
This year's Performing Arts Camp was an absolute blast! The company worked tirelessly over the course of the 3-day camp - managing to run the majority of the show a month before we open! The intensive opportunity to work on the show was greatly appreciated as we were able to refine musical numbers, improve dance moments and clarify blocking, further elevating our already excellent production of Little Shop of Horrors.
Moreover, the bonds we had previously established as a company were strengthened through meals shared together, early-morning beach-walks with Mr. Wilson, as well as the night events organised by us, the Performing Arts Captains. On the first night, it was Trivia, with a dress-up theme of Horror to suit the show. We competed in five teams, utilising our school, musical and plant knowledge to answer a series of questions. The second night was the annual Camp Challenge! Here we were tested on our athletic ability, bravery, teamwork, the strength of our eye sight, and dance skills. Both nights created some much need healthy competition between all members of our loving company. We congratulate Trivia Team 1 and Camp Challenge Green Team on for their victories!
We are so grateful for those days spent together on camp to ensure that the show is the best show it can be!
We hope to see you at Little Shop of Horrors - August 13th-17th!

JUNIOR PRODUCTION 2024: HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL JR!
Wednesday 27th November - Saturday 30th November
After an intense and rigorous two-week audition period, we are thrilled to announce the company of our 2024 Junior Production of "High School Musical Junior."
This year's cast is record-breaking, with over 50 students being selected to take part in the production - the most we have ever had in any Junior Production at Brentwood.
We have another "Brentwood first" as two of our senior students Jasmine Liew and Jocelyn Subramaniam have come on board as the Co-Musical Directors for the production. We are thrilled to collaborate with Jasmine and Jocelyn as they embark on the exciting journey of learning to musically direct a production. Their expertise will inspire and educate the next generation of students, showcasing just how incredible Performing Arts at Brentwood is.
We are looking forward to seeing these students shine on stage in November during show season!
