Do you, or someone you know, own a small business and are interested in sponsoring a stall or making a financial donation to the fair? We have various sponsorship options available to fit any budget. Silent Auction Donations:
Our Silent Auction is one of the most successful aspects of our fair, thanks to the generous contributions from our wonderful Woodend school families and the broader community. If you own a business, create items at home, or provide a service that could be featured in our Silent Auction, we would love to hear from you. Donations can range from cheese platters and bottles of wine to accommodation vouchers and machinery services.
Every contribution is greatly appreciated and helps us raise essential funds for our school.
SEEKING HAY BALE DONATIONS
Can you spare and deliver 10+ hay bales to the Carlsruhe campus in November? We are hoping to create a fun, interactive activity for the 2024 Woodend Primary School Carlsruhe Fair. If you can help by donating hay bales please contact Justine - justinerussell@gmail.com
POT UP PLANTS & MYSTERY JAR DONATIONS
Keep the kids entertained and help us get ready for the biggest day on the school social calendar - the 2024 Woodend Primary School Carlsruhe Fair. Pot up plants to donate or fill empty jars with nick-nacks you no longer use such as lego, buttons, crayons or wool. Jara can be dropped to reception and we will send out further info for collecting plants closer to the day. Thank you to all our families for their help!
