Mindfulness in our classrooms…..
Incorporating a consistent mindfulness practice into our curriculum is a great way to promote social and emotional learning in our classrooms. It helps students cultivate confidence in life and creates a classroom environment that’s primed for learning. Most importantly, the benefits students gain from practicing mindfulness have a lasting effect both inside and outside the classroom. To support our students in their readiness to learn, all our students practise mindfulness at set times each day at school.
