All library books should now be returned to our school library, if you still have some at home we ask that you please return them to school as soon as possible.
Also, if you have any school readers floating around at home we would appreciate them being returned to school at your earliest convenience. From the beginning of next week we will begin to stock take these books and having accurate numbers will support us to plan for next year. Thank you for support with this.
Thank you for supporting your child/ren with their growth and learning throughout the year. We have enjoyed working with your child and also your family.
It has been delightful to watch the progress each student has made and the enjoyment that has shown on their faces as they have learned a new fact or mastered a new skill!
Over the holidays is a great time to continue reading to each other and discussing books, practise writing cards/lists etc, counting and measuring.
We wish you and your family a safe, happy and healthy festive period.
We look forward to seeing you in 2025!
The 1/2 Team
Swimming: We were extremely proud and impressed with our grade 1/2 students and their resilience and efforts at the pool. It was wonderful to watch the development of skills and some proud moments when mastering something new!
We know swimming week can be a big week and we thank our families for their support during this time.
The Lost Reindeer
Students have participated in a Readers' Theatre activity this week, helping to develop their reading fluency skills and also their confidence to speak in front of a group.
