This space is dedicated to keeping you informed about pathway opportunities beyond school. UTAS Maritime Careers Day 

Organisation: University of Tasmania (Australian Maritime College)

Date: Wednesday 19 March 2025

Time: 10.00am to 2.00pm

Location: UTAS Newnham Campus

Students will:

• Meet with maritime industry representatives and discover the variety of roles required in maritime careers
• Spend time with maritime engineers and learn about bridge construction in a fun and engaging environment
• Get hands-on with the Australian Maritime College's (AMC) Global Logistics Challenge and learn where a career in logistics can take you
• Take a tour of the facilities and learn how AMC students use the technology in their everyday studies

Hobart and Southern Tasmania Employment and Careers Expo

Date: Tuesday 8 April 2025

Location: MyState Bank Arena, Brooker Highway, Glenorchy

This event will be a showcase of a wide variety of employment, training, support services and industry groups, with a range of interactive and immersive displays on show.
