Challenge Day

Challenge Day offers students an incredible synthesis of experiences that promote personal growth and teamwork. By balancing physical challenges with cultural exploration and practical skills like First Aid, the program aims to build a well-rounded set of competencies that will help students both now and in the future.
The combination of physical challenges, like bike riding, rock climbing, and ice skating, alongside cultural visits to historical landmarks, provides a well-rounded approach to education. It encourages not only physical fitness but also critical thinking and appreciation for history and the community. Additionally, the chance to earn a First Aid Certificate adds a valuable practical skill that can benefit students beyond the classroom.
Rock Climbing
Rewarding to witness the growth in both physical ability and mental strength. Students must trust their partners and communicate effectively, overcoming obstacles and creating a strong partnership between them. We are delighted to witness even if a climber feels stuck or exhausted, their partner’s encouragement can be the push they need to keep going. It’s those little moments of triumph that truly make Challenge Day rock climbing so memorable.
