Writing Club:

In Writing Club, students used a variety of fun and imaginative prompts to craft their own stories! Some wrote exciting adventures about pet dinosaurs, others dreamed up ideas about what they would do if they suddenly had lots of money, and a few explored training dragons. There was also time for free-choice writing. Several students chose to practice their handwriting, while others worked on short stories or personal reflections. The room buzzed with creativity as students shared ideas, encouraged one another, and took pride in developing their writing skills.

“Writing Club is fun, enjoyable and free to everyone who wants to join.”
Marcus

“Everyone had fun and went to write many pieces. I wrote about how tacos are better than pizza! I think that we achieved lots in the Writing Club and are proud of our hard work.”

Art Club:

In Art Club, we used vibrant pastels to create some wonderful Christmas-themed artwork! Students were given a selection of festive pictures for inspiration, but they also had the option to design their own holiday scenes. Students blended colors, experimented with shading, and explored different techniques to bring their ideas to life. Everyone produced beautiful, cheerful pieces that captured the spirit of the season.

“I was helping people and encouraging people to draw different pictures.”

“They also chose their own colours for the Christmas picture. Next time, you should come and join!” - Katja

“Eveyone can have fun and a great time with their friends. I drew a Christmas wreath and took it home.” Leora
“It was really fun. I was helping and drawing. Some people drew with their friends and some other people drew by themselves.” - Leila

Drawing Club

During Drawing Club, students had the choice to create their own original pictures or follow a guided drawing to sketch an axolotl. No matter which option they chose, every member demonstrated wonderful teamwork by sharing materials, encouraging their peers, and offering helpful suggestions when someone needed a hand. The room was full of creativity!

“I love that everybody has fun and we have a video on the board that helps us draw.”Austin

“I really like the Drawing Club because I love drawing!”
Minsu

“Drawing Club is really fun because you get to see what everyone creates. You can also help the younger kids and it makes you feel good!”
