This couple has worked tirelessly for the Boorowa community for many years, being involved with local committees and fund raisers.

Phil has just retired from Fire & Rescue NSW with 47 years active service to his credit and recently received a King’s Medal for his dedication and service.

Trish, in her role as Carinya Court Manager, has worked over and above, often going that extra mile for the residents. She often utilises Phil’s handyman skills to fix a problem in the complex.

This is a generous and kind hearted couple who are wonderful ambassadors for Boorowa often saying how grateful they are to live in the ‘super city’.

This year’s fundraiser by their family raised $6,600 for Carinya Court.

As community minded people, they are indeed a dynamic duo, always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need.
