Wellbeing Hub

Weeks 1–2: Attitude and Self-Awareness
This fortnight in the Wellbeing Hub students explored the idea that attitude is a choice. Every lesson built on the insight that how we approach situations — not just what happens to us — shapes our experience of school and life. Students identified personal strengths, examined what a positive attitude looks and feels like, and practised reframing unhelpful thoughts using positive self-talk. They also explored their triggers and began building self-awareness skills to catch themselves early.
At home: ask your child what one strength they are proud of, and what helps them shift to a better headspace when things are tough.
