Make, Bake and Decorate

This week Ms Clarke’s Make, Bake and Decorate class enjoyed eating and making Lemon Meringue Tartlets.  

This week Year 10 food studies made a vegetarian pasta, and it looks delicious!!

Food and Hospitality

In our class 'Food & Hospitality' we had a competition for the best presented dishes. The judges were Assistant Principal Mr. Message and Mathematics teacher Mr. Paragreen. The photos were taken by Science and Digital Programming teacher Ms. Huong Le.

Students' made entrees and whole meals for the class. Sumptuous entrees sampled included rice paper rolls, prawns, sushi style triangles, Cheesy style sub, Souvlaki, Wonton soup, Brioche bacon and egg burger, Bacon and tomato toasted sandwich.
