Senior School P & F Easter Raffle

We had an amazing response to our Senior College P & F Easter Raffle! We sold 1150 tickets and raised $1,770 which is a great outcome. Thank you for all the donations, what a wonderful community we belong to. I hope the families who were lucky winners enjoyed their chocolates over the Easter break as we remembered Jesus’ sacrifice and gave thanks for what he brought to our world. 

Caritas 

Our Senior College fundraiser for Caritas this term was a sausage sizzle. Thank you to those who ordered a sausage through Qkr! to support this fundraiser. I am pleased to announce that we raised $637. The money we raised will go to Caritas to help them with their work, helping transform the lives of people living in poverty. 

ANZAC Day 

St Virgil’s College has been invited to participate in the main march through Hobart on ANZAC Day this year. All families received a “save the date’ recently, and a more detailed letter will be sent soon with all the relevant information for the morning. It would be great to have as many students present as possible.
