Amy, you made a huge number of rhyming words on your Humpty Dumpty seed in your writers notebook. I loved how you managed to get groups of words that had the same rhyme. Great work.

Rylee, well done on the fantastic Pic Collage that you created about the history of SSPS. Last week, you effectively used a mind map to take notes. Then you published your information in an eye catching way, including headings and photos. Congratulations, Rylee! 

Well done Cici on an excellently written poem this week about pandas. You included fantastic adjectives to describe every noun which created an enjoyable and descriptive poem. Great work!

Julian, our whole class absolutely loved the extra page you designed for our mentor text We Are All Equal. You were able to keep in style with the book by making your text rhyme and you made excellent word choices. Keep up the awesome writing! 

Well done Athulya on an amazing week and congratulations on a great first NAPLAN experience. You've demonstrated a positive mindset towards your learning. This is evident in the amazing narrative draft you've written, which includes many interesting ideas and is presented very neatly. Keep it up!

Congratulations Celine on the excellent introductory paragraph you have written for your Traditional Tale narrative. You have carefully listened in class to the strategies authors use to create an opening paragraph and utilised those ideas to create your own tale. Keep up the excellent work.

Well done Nayoung on the fantastic ideas you generated in your Writer's Notebook last week. You wrote some excellent vocabulary to describe the season of spring and organised your ideas successfully into nouns, adjectives and verbs. Great work!

Zoe, you did such a great job interviewing your parents about their experience of moving countries for Harmony Day. You spoke clearly to the camera and were engaging and entertaining. We all loved watching your video. Well done on your involvement in Harmony Day planning with the SRC as well. You are a Super Star!

I was really impressed with your homework poster about Toucans, which was extremely creative and really shows the time and effort you put into it. Your presentation was also incredibly engaging and enjoyable for your classmates. Keep up the great work!
