YEAR 10 DRAMA PERFORMANCE

Today, our Year 10 Drama class provided our year 7 students and staff with a play performance that they have been working hard on for the last 3 and a half weeks.

Our students drove this initiative from start to finish, writing the script, rehearsals, sound and lighting as well as costumes and much more.

It was an incredible interpretation of the classic "Cinderella Story".

Reflection:

The amazing year 10 drama class has worked so hard to put together a mini-play of Cinderella. Over the course of 3 weeks the lovely students have worked to create elaborate costumes, design sets, lights, sound and perfect their lines to bring this classic fairy tale to life on stage. Their dedication and passion for the project is evident in every detail of their performance, making it a truly magical experience for all viewers.

This morning the year 7's, as well as other students and teachers filled the hall to watch the final performance and were completely captivated by the talent and creativity displayed by the year 10 drama class.

We want to thank our amazing class for cooperating and bringing the energy to the stage. Directing this performance was an amazing experience for both of us, and we are so grateful that we got this opportunity. We hope this performance has shown how important drama is at our school and inspired the people watching.
