Visual Arts

Foundation students completed colourful rainbows in Visual Arts.

Year 1s and 2s have been creating clay wall hangings with textured features. They practiced the 'scratch and attach' technique to join the parts of the bird together. These will go in the kiln over the school holidays.

Year 3 and 4 students displayed artwork they created this term as part of the Harmony Day celebrations on Wednesday afternoon. Here are some photos of the display.

Performing Arts

Year 1s and 2s have been using percussion instruments to explore the elements of music. They have enjoyed participating in drumming circles and other fun hands-on activities.

Year 5 and 6 students have been performing in front of their classmates and reflecting on their progress throughout Term 1.
