Reading Marathon
PRIZES
This week we're starting to give our prizes for current leaders. If your name has a star next to it, you're eligible to select a prize from our book cave. See Mrs Barker on Wednesday this week, or Mr Iser next week (on Snow Camp this week) to claim your prize!
There is also an end of term prize for the leading class. The class with the most average minutes read (per student) at the end of the term will be treated to a class lunch! Currently the year 9s look hard to beat but there's still plenty of time for another dedicated class to take the crown.
More and more prizes will be given out next term in the lead up to Book Week and the Marathon's finish line. Keep reading!

OVERALL STUDENT LEADER
Currently, the student leading the Reading Marathon, the current holder of the Golden Bookmark, with a whopping 7980 minutes, or 133 hours of reading, is …
Hannah Coughlin!
Well done Hannah! It’s a close race at the top so don’t get too comfortable with your lead!
Awesome effort by the entire school community. Keep up the great work, record your reading minutes, and be on the lookout for more events in the Reading Olympics early in term 3!
