In Maths these last few weeks we have looked at Pattern. We have experimented making patterns with shapes, colours and numbers. We also had a go at making our own tesselating shapes! Have a look at our work below. 

We are working on Poetry Anthologies in Writing. An anthology is a collection of writing - we are making a collection of poems each. So far we have written Acrostic and Shape poems. It was fun challenging ourselves to write full sentences instead of a single word for the Acrostic poems. 

The Shape poems turned out wonderfully too! You write your poem in the shape of the item, then erase the outline. We are proud of our work so far! 

In Reading we watched a series of informative videos then answered a selection of questions based n what we had learnt in the clip.
