Year 6 Winter Gala Tee Ball
By Andrew and Lucas
Upon entering the field, a multitude of emotions surged within us. During our first game, we were completely clueless about what was happening around us. We gave it our all, but still ended up losing. Now, onto the second game, as our teammate David was first up for batting, he managed to hit a home run in his first hit scoring us one run instantly! As the game progressed our team was rapidly scoring runs and managed to get the other team out! In the end we managed to win the game because of our contributed effort and our determination.
Waiting for our next game to start we had some snacks (skittles and gummy worms), to energise us or have a sugar rush. Finally, after a while our third game had commenced. Immediately we scored multiple home runs putting us in the lead however it was difficult as they had one of the best players in the whole tournament. In our last game we had a tough team to deal with, as they were catching up. We ended up narrowly winning by two runs!
Congratulations to the whole T-Ball team for the first Gala day. Let’s do our best next time.
Year 6 Winter Gala Netball

Trembling with anticipation and nervousness, my team spread out across the court hoping to grasp the ball and have a chance to shoot.
Netball interschool sports was an amazing experience for all students who participated. All schools around the area seemed to have an amazing experience. Each team got to play four games to compete against other amazing schools and learned from the experience.
Everyone remained a good sport and a happy attitude although whatever happened on the court.
