Throughout the year, students have been building up their musical knowledge on note and rest values. Even our younger students at the junior campus are able to count out the note values shown here as: taaaa, taa, ta, ti, ti ti, za. This knowledge has also been applied in barrier games and percussion activities. 

Here is a rhythm clap activity that you can try at home - a great first step to reading music.
