National Simultaneous Storytime - Bowerbird Blues by Aura Parker
On 22 May North Melbourne Primary joined over 2 million other Australian and New Zealand readers when we all read Bowerbird Blues by Aura Parker together at 12pm. Across the week the Year 1 students learned about bowerbirds in their library sessions and created their own triorama bower. Other classes across both campuses tuned in to watch Aura Parker’s livestream of her book reading.

Cardboard Creations
Kako, 2B has used one of our books to create the most awesome cardboard ambulance. Kako reports that the ambulance has since been taken over by the family cat
