Safer Internet Day

On Tuesday, the school recognised Safer Internet Day (SID) - a global day dedicated to helping young people stay safe, positive and responsible online. Safer Internet Day is celebrated in more than 180 countries and is led in Australia by the eSafety Commissioner. Safer Internet Day proves to be a great opportunity to pause, talk and take simple actions that make the online world safer for our children. As part of this important day, all classes across the school participated in an explicit teaching lesson dedicated to Safer Internet Day, focusing on safe online behaviour, respectful communication and making responsible digital choices.
