Specialist Feature News - Welcome Back
你 好 (ni hao) to our wonderful community!
The Start Up Program is in full swing in the Performing Arts classroom, as well as across all Specialist areas. We have been super impressed with the way students have taken on new expectations, continued processes from last year and jumped into collaborative learning in the Creative Hub.
Keep an eye on the Specialist news in the coming weeks as we share some pictures and videos of all the exciting learning happening in P.E. and the Creative Hub classrooms!
PUPIL OF THE WEEK
Physical Education:
Junior - Hethvik L (1B) for showcasing great teamwork in sport and following class routines well. Great work!
Senior - Isaac M(3/4M) for being a positive role model for others and using initiative in sport. Keep it up!
Visual Arts:
Junior - Ada C (2G) for demonstrating creativity and a love of learning when exploring our school values in the art room.
Senior - Anouk D (5/6C) for demonstrating creativity and leadership when designing your expectations paintbrush for our display.
Performing Arts:
Junior - Mackenzie S (2G) for making a fantastic startto the new Performing Arts year by being engaged and enthusiastic for whole-class learning opportunities. Awesome effort!
Senior - Seah L (3/4JS) for jumping into your Performing Arts learning with a positive attitude to whole-class activities and learning opportunities. A fantastic start, Seah!
L.O.T.E:
Junior - Alyssa L (FE) - for showing great school values through active learning and carefully following instructions in her lantern making.
Senior - Georgie I (5/6T) - for her active engagement and commitment in learning, demonstrating strong understanding and accurate repetition of new Chinese vocabulary.
Science:
Junior - Zara A (2E) for your enthusiasm in Science and sharing excellent examples of how we can show our school values in the Science lab. Great work!
Senior - Princess T (5/6JS) for producing an incredibly detailed Science comic to demonstrate safety and our school value respect. Amazing start to the year!
