Kinder Visits Strengthen Relationships with Local Kindergartens
Dear Parents and Carers,
Over the past two weeks, we have had the pleasure of welcoming several local kindergartens to Our Lady Help of Christians for Prep Taster Days. These visits have been a fantastic opportunity to showcase the vibrant and supportive environment of our school, while also building meaningful relationships with the kindergartens in our community.
On Monday, 26th August, children from Bridge Kids Kinder joined us for a fun-filled afternoon, followed by a visit from the Eltham Child Care Cooperative on Wednesday, 4th September. We were then delighted to host Eltham Preschool on Thursday, 5th September.
Each visit included a range of engaging activities such as an art project, a cooking activity, and time spent in our Prep classroom. The children also had the chance to enjoy playtime on our well-equipped playground and share a sausage sizzle lunch with the Principal. These sessions offered a wonderful opportunity for kinder children to experience the warmth and community spirit of OLHC, while our staff were able to further connect with local early education providers.
We look forward to continuing to foster these important partnerships and welcoming future students to OLHC.
Warm regards,
Rudy Vail
